As Linfield College’s sports information director since 1989, I’ve had the joy of watching countless great athletic achievements, meeting thousands of terrific athletes, fans and supporters, and communicating some truly fantastic stories.
How many SIDs can say they have promoted national championship-winning teams in more than one sport? Or who are part of something as remarkable as a 52-year winning streak in football? Or who publicized single athletes who went on win major awards as the top players or scholars of their sport?
Did I mention how I am fortunate to be at a school as exceptional as Linfield? The answer is obvious.
